Published Arrangements
Following the Children and Social Work Act 2017, Bexley Safeguarding Children Board was replaced with Bexley S.H.I.E.L.D., a statutory safeguarding partnership of organisations working with children and young people.
A requirement of Working-together-to-safeguard-children is for all safeguarding partnerships to produce a document which sets out how the new arrangements work. Bexley’s first published arrangements document was issued in October 2018. The latest version (refreshed in February 2023) can be downloaded below:
