Bexley’s safeguarding partnership arrangements for children and young people are described in one key document. The document is refreshed annually.
Bexley S.H.I.E.L.D. is required to produce a report on its activity at least annually. Each year, we will add to the partnership’s story which began back in 2018.
We carry out multi-agency learning reviews in response to serious incidents and in line with statutory guidance. Our aim is to learn from these incidents and embed this learning in future practice.
