In 2018, the Department for Education published ‘Information sharing advice for safeguarding practitioners’. The advice is for practitioners and senior managers to help decide when and how to share personal information legally and professionally. It replaces ‘Information sharing: advice for practitioners providing safeguarding services (2015)’. The guidance can be found here:
