You must also confirm that you have attended the domestic abuse dynamics risk identification and assessment (DASH) level 3 training.
Training Overview: This training is suitable for any practitioners who is likely to come into contact with domestic abuse perpetrators and want to know more about how to respond appropriately. We will explore how practitioners can better identify perpetrators of domestic abuse, make appropriate referrals and understand the dynamics of the perpetrators use of abuse. Practitioners will better understand the risk posed by the perpetrator in relation to ex or current partners and their children. How to undertake initial motivational work with perpetrators to help explore their use of abuse and understand the differences between empathic and collusive working in a domestic abuse context.
